KernelUser guide中文

A practical guide to the current development release.

Common problems

Read the message first and distinguish sign-in, connection, material and capability problems. Do not repeat an important operation just because its first result was not visible.

No download button

Public installers and app-store distribution are not open yet. Use a browser for an existing space, or ask the deployment owner to help create a new one. Saved setup notes are a text document, not an installer.

Registration did not give business access

A website account and business membership are separate. Use the business's entry and sign-in method, and ask its administrator to confirm your membership. Do not enter a business password into the website-account form.

The space will not connect

Check your network and the supplied address. For a computer host, confirm it is on and awake. If only one space fails, ask its administrator to check the service and device permissions; reinstalling the whole client is not the first step.

Scanning did not enter the space

Use a fresh invitation from the intended space. Check the mobile message and complete approval on the page that issued the invitation. Create a new invitation if it expired. Do not share QR screenshots publicly. Record a persistent error for the administrator.

An answer lacks material or differs from practice

Check the active space, whether relevant material has been added and your permission to use it. Clarify the period and business meaning. Correct a mismatched definition and review important changes before using them in official work.

Speech failed or recognized the wrong words

Confirm microphone permission and use a quiet environment where possible. Check names, terms, amounts and numbers before sending. If the service is unavailable, type instead and ask the administrator to check speech configuration. Do not repeatedly submit blank content.

Slow work or an uncertain result

Keep the current page and message. Check whether a receipt or result exists before retrying. A useful report includes time, release, space and steps. Exclude passwords, recovery files, invitations and private business content from public reports.
